After the assessment

Training

Training sessions are planned from what your assessment found, so every session starts from your plan.

Packages

Three ways to train

The packages differ in how many sessions you get and when you can book them.

Maintain$850

4 sessions during off-peak hours. For hitters keeping a change in place, or checking in during the season.

Develop$1,800

8 sessions with access to prime-time slots. For hitters working on a specific change from their plan.

Immerse$2,150

12 sessions with priority scheduling. For hitters making a bigger rebuild over a few months.

A completed Helix Assessment is required before any ongoing individual training. Helix needs your baseline to plan the sessions and to measure what changes.

How it works

Apply, then train

  • Send a short application. It takes about two minutes.
  • Michael reviews every application and gets back to you within 48 hours.
  • A quick call to match your schedule to open slots, then Helix sends your invoice.
  • Each session follows your plan. Re-tests are measured the same way as your assessment, so the numbers compare directly.
Pro offseason

November 1, 2026 to February 13, 2027. Twelve spots, trained in morning lanes, as a small group or one on one. Entry is by application.

Away from the lab

Helix Remote

If you train somewhere else, Helix updates your plan from your video and checks in with you from the lab.
