Refund &cancellation

Assessments

You can reschedule or cancel a visit with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or a new date. Inside 48 hours, the first visit is charged.

Training sessions

Cancel or move a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Each athlete has one forgiven late cancellation or missed session per package. After that, a session cancelled inside 24 hours or missed counts as used.

Sessions start and end at their scheduled time. Arriving late doesn't extend the session, because the next athlete is already booked.

Programs billed monthly

Programs billed each month, such as Helix Remote and the pro offseason program, can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Unused sessions don't roll forward. Program deposits are non-refundable and are credited toward your first month.

Injury

If you're injured, your package or program can be paused with documentation. Helix issues credit rather than a refund.

If Helix cancels

Any session Helix cancels is rescheduled or refunded, whichever you choose.
