Privacypolicy
Last updated October 2, 2026
Helix Baseball Lab ("Helix") runs this website and the hitting lab at 13850 N Stemmons Fwy, Ste 100, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. This policy explains what information Helix collects and what it does with it.
What Helix collects
- Forms and bookings. Your name, email, phone and the details you enter when you book an assessment, apply or send a message.
- Payment. Payments are handled by QuickBooks. Helix doesn't store card numbers.
- Session data. Motion capture, force plate, bat, ball and video data recorded during your sessions, and the reports built from it.
- Report login. When you sign in to view your reports, Helix's hosting provider records your email and the time you signed in, and sets a cookie that keeps you signed in.
This website doesn't use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Why Helix uses it
To run your sessions, build your reports, schedule visits, send invoices and reply to you. Session data is handled as described in the media and data consent policy.
Who it's shared with
Only the services Helix needs to operate: Google (email, calendar and booking), QuickBooks (invoicing and payment), the form service that delivers website messages, and Cloudflare (website hosting and report login). Helix doesn't sell personal information.
How long it's kept
Contact and booking details are kept while you're an active athlete and for a reasonable period after. Session data is kept so your progress can be compared over time, unless you ask Helix to delete it.
Athletes under 18
Helix works with athletes under 18 only with a parent or guardian's consent. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, email admin@helixbaseball.com.
