You can use this website to learn about Helix Baseball Lab, book an assessment, apply and contact Helix. Please don't try to access parts of the site or reports that aren't yours.

Reports and methods

Your data belongs to you. The design of the reports, the Swing Audit and the Helix assessment method belong to Helix. You're welcome to share your own reports with your coaches and family. Please don't copy or resell Helix's reports or methods.

No guarantee of results

Helix measures your swing and gives you a plan. How much you improve depends on many things outside Helix's control, so Helix can't promise a particular result.

Physical activity

Hitting involves physical risk. Every athlete signs a liability waiver before their first session, in person or in the intake packet.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Helix isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or its reports.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
