Where every hitter starts

The HelixAssessment

Two visits. On the first, Helix records your swing. On the second, you go through the results with the Helix team and leave with a written plan.

What happens

From first swing to written plan

  1. Visit 1About 90 minutes

    Capture

You hit in the cage while Helix records every swing on all five systems: mocap, force plates, bat tracking, ball tracking and video.

  2. Between visitsAbout a week

    Helix builds your report

Your Swing Audit is an interactive report with a page for each phase of your swing, made from your own 3D motion data. You also get a written Player Report that explains what was measured and what it means.

  3. Visit 290 to 120 minutes

    Review and plan

You sit down with the Helix team and go through your results: what you're doing, why it matters, what to work on and how you'll know it's improving. You try the first changes in the cage and leave with a written plan.

  4. 3 to 4 weeks laterIncluded

    Re-test

Helix measures the same things the same way, so you can see what changed, and adjusts the plan.

Questions

Do I have to come to both visits?

Yes. The first visit records the data. The second is where Helix explains it and writes your plan, so the assessment isn't finished without it.

What should I bring?

Your game bat, batting gloves, turf shoes and athletic clothes. No cleats.

When do I get my report?

At your second visit, when Helix goes through it with you in person. You keep access to it afterwards.

How do I pay?

After you book, Helix sends an invoice. Ask about payment plans if you need one.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Do I have to keep training at Helix?

No. The assessment stands on its own and the report is yours. If you want to keep going, there are training packages.

Who sees my data?

You do. Your Swing Audit is behind a login that only you can open, plus a parent or guardian for players under 18. Nothing is published, named or used in marketing without your written permission. See media and data consent.
