About Helix
A hitting labin Farmers Branch
Helix Baseball Lab measures how hitters move and explains the results to them. Michael Neustifter built the Helix assessment and runs the lab.
Why Helix exists
The hitter should understand the data
Professional teams already measure how players move, how they use the ground and what their swings do. Most players never see any of it.
At Helix the hitter gets the data. You learn what's being measured and what your numbers mean, where you're strong and what needs work. As your career moves on, you understand the information being used to evaluate you.
Michael created the method. As Helix grows, more coaches will be trained to deliver the same assessment to the same standard.
